Tracy Mann

I started practising yoga in 1997 and have been very fortunate to have been teaching yoga full-time since 2001.

In 2003 I opened, along with my friend Tom and with the support of family and friends, Yoga Passage in the Beltline offering over 50 classes per week with a staff of 18 amazing teachers.

Personally I have taught well over 12,000 classes and was the lead facilitator of over 32 Yoga Passage Teacher Training courses training and graduating more than 540 wonderful yoga teachers since 2004. Over the years I have been blessed to have taught classes at other yoga studios and facilities including the Bodhi Tree, Moksha Yoga, Hot Yoga on 17th , the Glencoe Club, the University of Calgary, the Winter Club, Passages and Westside Recreation.

Now a resident of the Hillhurst neighborhood and living with my wonderful family less than a block away from the Hillhurst Community Center, I am pleased to begin offering yoga classes to my neighborhood community.

My belief is that yoga can customized to anyone’s ability and needs. Holding a science degree including the studies of anatomy and biomechanics plus twenty years of teaching experience, I have a very good understanding of the uniqueness that every individual comes to a yoga class with.

Guidance is given through recommended options and variations for every participant.

I hope to see you soon.
